Zucchini Cake (desserts)


Flour mixture:

1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking powder,1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. cloves.

Sift together and set aside.

Beat the following together well:

1 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini, 3/4 cup oil,3 eggs.

Cooking Instructions

Add flour mixture to shredded zucchini ingredients and mix well.

Bake in well greased and floured 10 inch tube pan at 350 for about 45 minutes.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes

Turn out on cooling rack.

Serve with whipped cream
