Butternut Squash (side dish)


3 lbs. of butternut squash

1/2 cup of chopped onions

1/2 cup of cracker meal or bread crumbs

2 eggs

1 stick of butter

1 tbs. sugar

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

Cooking Instructions

Boil squash until tender - drain and then mash.

Add all ingredients except half of butter-melt remaining butter.Pour mixture into baking dish, spread melted butter on top.

Sprinkle cracker meal or bread crumbs. Bake at 350"

approximately 1 hour or until brown on top.
