Homemade Vegetable Soup


Ingredients

2 lbs. lean soup beef

1/2 cup each of:

chopped onions,celery,green peppers

2 cups each of:

cabbage, peas, green beans,carrots,corn, lima beans (canned

or frozen), potatoes (diced)

1 quart tomatoes (canned or fresh)

salt and pepper to taste


Cooking Instructions

In a large kettle (6-8 quarts)

Start the lean soup beef cut into bite sized pieces, bring to boil. keep at boil while adding vegetables.

Salt and pepper to taste

Simmer for 2 hours

EAT IT NOW AND FREEZE SOME FOR LATER
