Ingredients
1 large head cabbage (shredded)
1 carrot (grated)
1 green pepper (chopped)
Mix in large bowl.
Add: 1 tsp.salt to cabbage
Mix and let stand for 1 hour
Next: Mix in Saucepan, 1cup vinegar,1/4 cup water, 2cups
sugar, 1tsp. Mustard.
Boil for one minute and cool.
Cooking Instructions
Squeeze juice from cabbage mix and pour syrup over cabbage mix
Stir well
Put in containers and freeze
